Twenty floors above sea level is the perfect escape to the peaceful sound of the waves crashing below and exuberant beach sounds. As an outer corner unit, it's a QUIETER escape from the day to day grind, but provides quick access to the action if you want it. Settle into this ~1420 square foot condominium boasting three well appointed bedrooms each with it's own ensuite bathroom for you and your family to each have their own space.
The Oceanfront Oasis suite has a KING bed and balcony access. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized soaking tub/shower combo. Our Seahorse Suite has an ocean view, and another KING bed, Our Turtle Suite has a queen bed. (two twin rollaway beds and a crib are also available for flexible sleeping arrangements, please note that the max. occupancy according to the local fire code is 9 persons, however it is recommended by the locally un-adopted national fire code that max occupancy be only 6 persons)
Luxury upgrades to the kitchen in 2022 include: quartz countertops, extra deep stainless steel sink with Kohler faucet, GE Gallery Series stainless steel appliances (microwave not over the stove!), upgraded two tone cabinetry, designer pulls, and glass backsplash. Our kitchen is regularly stocked with olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, basic spices, coffee supplies and both ground coffee and coffee & tea k cups, as well as many of the tools you need to prepare a family meal, you'll feel right at home.
Shores of Panama, a modern 23 story resort with all the amenities you expect from a world class resort, is located right on the sand with 300 ft of private beach frontage. The grand lobby is beautifully appointed with a coffee shop and has been newly remodeled for 2020. Enjoy the 20,000 sq. ft. beach front pool complex with star shaped hot tub, tiki bar, and snack shack. The pool is the largest on the beach with a lagoon feel, zero entry area, dolphin fountains, and seating areas throughout. Enjoy a great workout in the state of the art fitness center or plan a picnic day at the outdoor charcoal grill station. And for the chilly days, the indoor pool & hot tub are just steps from the lobby.
This rental includes 2 parking passes for our reserved parking spaces in the parking garage. Parking passes are required for all vehicles (2 per condo, strictly enforced). Oversized vehicle restrictions apply to the parking garage. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for an additional daily fee.
Minimum rental age 21, exceptions may apply for married couples and military, please inquire. ID IS REQUIRED for rental. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
A 5 night minimum stay is required during peak seasons. Complimentary high speed Wi-fi and DirecTV are provided by the COA.

Hi! Welcome to PCB. We are a family run business from Pennsylvania and have been enjoying the PCB area since 2002. While this is our family business, it is also our home away from home. And, we hope that you will enjoy Panama City Beach and making sunset memories as much as we do. PCB ranked #2 on Trip Advisor's "Emerging Destinations - World" for 2021 and remains one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a gorgeous watercolor painting that is ever changing and we love it here as an escape from our daily grind back in Pittsburgh.Amenities
